About the Brand

Tum-e Yummies is a youth beverage that is one of many brands in the Venturing and Emerging Brands innovation division of The Coca-Cola Company. Tum-e Yummies strives to be a relevant, affordable, on-the-go beverage to hydrate kids with a better-for-you offering of vitamins, just 50 calories, and no sodium so appealing to both kids and moms/gatekeepers. Tum-e Yummies is exclusively produced and distributed nationally by the network of Coca-Cola Bottlers.


Overview

The Brand Coordinator will directly support the Tum-e Yummies brand with all facets of internal CCNA processes/procedures, project management (internal teams and external partners), and a strategic approach to analytics (sales, brand health) to support selling needs/resources and strategies promoting awareness and repeat sales. The Brand Coordinator will also manage and track marketing budgets/PO system (Coke Shuttle/SAP)

This role is also responsible, along with the rest of the marketing team, for aiding in the design and development of on-going sales materials (e.g. bottler/retailer specific; Commercial decks – Collaborating for Value, Ops Decks, Ready2Sell decks, etc.), IMC, annual and long-term planning as well as innovation ideation and development. Contribute to marketing’s efforts toward delivering against Company Business Plan goals.

The Brand Coordinator will report to the VP of Marketing, Tum-e Yummies, and will work closely with the Brand Manager on most projects while supporting the whole team. This position will be located at the Coca-Cola headquarters in Atlanta, GA.


Accountabilities – Program and Process Management/Brand Stewardship

  • Manage the compliance and process teams/task forces within Coca-Cola North America/VEB to ensure that the brand is fully integrated and assimilated to Coca-Cola North America’s expectations and standards (e.g. innovation Stages & Gates, Coke Works, Minute Maid Business Unit Legal, Minute Maid-VEB Brand Marketing Submission Form, etc.). This includes all label, marketing communications, social/digital, and other aspects of consumer facing touchpoints.
  • Work with internal teams/task forces to manage all innovation project timelines ensuring all parties adhere to deadlines and alternative ways of thinking as projects progress and evolve.
  • Responsible for formal RFP processes from identifying and guiding the selection of the best strategic partners. Onboard strategic partners and when appropriate, assist Brand Director with agency project management.
  • Prepare for and participate in strategic planning and innovation ideation. This includes recommending and managing all marketing research needs to support innovation.
  • Provide POS and Merchandising leadership through working with the field team for input relative to needs and developing creative solutions with the procurement/supply chain manager. Manage, store, and ship any promotional materials as needed as well as lead any special events/promotions logistics and execution.
  • Support budget management, working directly with VP Marketing, by comparing and analyzing actual estimates versus costs as well as monthly budget reconciliation, etc.
  • Support all other brand, Bottler, and cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience required with project management and marketing/brand sales exposure, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects taking place simultaneously – organization, timeline management, and ability to self-prioritize are key.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail essential.
  • Professional experience/maturity to know when and how often to manage upward, and willingness to learn how to lead and influence core constituents.
  • Ability to think out of the box and be creative.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, PowerPoint (especially pivot tables in Excel and PowerPoint presentation generation). Nielsen experience helpful but not necessary.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal flexibility, able to work with all levels of management, and schedule and lead meetings with a broad range of people.
  • Must have ability to travel and work flexible schedule, when necessary, to meet deadlines and stated objectives.
