Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical part of a cohesive Human Resource (HR) team supporting the World of Coca-Cola and the retail stores. This position will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for World of Coca-Cola and retail stores, including: sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, and initiating the onboarding process.

The purpose of this role is to own, manage and consult on all aspects of the end-to-end hiring process and to source external talent for exempt and non-exempt retail and attraction roles.

Function Specific Activities:
Key responsibilities include

Maintains effective working relationship with HR and Operational partners in order to effectively lead and inform staffing decisions/plans that supports the organization’s business objectives.

Actively confers with people managers to identify staffing needs and requirements, to include: conducting intake/scope calls, providing process and status overviews, barriers and constraints impacting time to fill expectations.

Develops and maintains relationships with technical schools, colleges, alumni groups, military sources, and diversity organizations to find and attract applicants.

Manages and facilitates onsite hiring events (open house, career fairs, and interview days).

Pre-screens and develops slate of candidates by conducting initial phone screens; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements and determining next steps.

Coaches and trains people managers on effective recruiting and interview practices to ensure polices and legal requirements are met.

Possesses and maintains on-going knowledge of the latest recruiting strategies utilizing a high level of creativity and latitude.

Supports Coca-Cola’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent by building and maintaining rapport with various communities, universities, alumni, agencies, recruiters, and non-profit organizations.

Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including AAP, ADA, and OFCCP, monitors and ensures goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position.

Develops a full understanding of, and utilizes, reporting features of recruiting systems, including requisition reports, candidate status reports, etc. to be effective.

Identify, develop, and implement sourcing initiatives that result in sufficient volume of quality talent to meet workforce needs within the respective client groups.

Create and drive non-traditional, innovative recruitment methods and lead managing sourcing events to insure continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers and to source hard to fill roles.

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

Utilize sales, research, and networking skills to proactively identify active and passive talent through flawless execution of our process and creative thinking for challenging roles and markets.

Create a sustainable model to address high volume, seasonal and part time talent needs.

Partner with Human Resources and Comp to develop/coordinate offers and salary recommendations.

Work Related Experience

At least 5+ years direct recruiting experience (full lifecycle and sourcing) non-exempt to management level positions in a high volume retail environment required.

Strong sourcing capability and demonstrated ability to source talent across multiple regions (knowledge of and insights on regional talent markets).

Knowledge of various functions (retail sales and management, marketing, customer service roles etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.

Work in a metrics driven environment.
