Python Developer

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust and effective software solutions
• Experience with a mix of the following technologies is required: Python and Bash scripting, C#, .Net, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, RESTful Web Services, Unit, integration and automated testing
• Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions to the team
• Experience working on large, complex relational databases and queries
• Systems architecture, design and deployment experience
• Ability to conduct code reviews and recommend software development best practices
• Ability to read, understand, and create design documentation

Preferred Experience :

• Source Code Repositories, Git preferred
• Agile / Scrum Methodologies
• Jenkins build servers
• AngularJS, Typescript, HTML5
• Background or interest agriculture is a plus
• Background in GIS (ESRI, Bing map, Leaflet) a plus
