Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Summary

The financial analyst will provide support on a broad range of projects within the finance department including business development and investor relations. The successful analyst will display the ability to solve complex financial and strategic problems in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and assistance in the preparation of investment recommendations
• Assist in performing comprehensive analysis on potential acquisitions
• Curate data used in both capital raising and investor reporting
• Assist in producing quarterly and year end reporting documents
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives
• Assist the Finance Manager on ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to work on a team that demands time, energy and accuracy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills with ability to work under pressure
