Description
The Professional Development Program offers the opportunity to experience several different Business Management job assignments before making a commitment to remain in a particular position. Requirements for this Program include an overall GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher; U.S. citizenship is required. Opportunities are located in several Northrop Grumman locations, including, but not limited to: California (Palmdale, Redondo Beach), Melbourne, Florida, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
On our team, you will gain a hands-on understanding of various Business Management functions supporting technologies on the leading edge. The Aerospace Systems team develops, integrates, produces, and supports manned and unmanned aircraft, spacecraft, high-energy laser systems, microelectronics, and other systems and subsystems critical to keeping the world safe.
The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business organization. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will interact with users, customers and other talented professionals.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be a new or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study.
  • Applicant must be proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Able to prepare and analyze data and figures.
  • Able to perform work in an approved environment during specified work hours.
  • Verbal, writing, presentation and leadership skills are required.

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience
  • Have an cumulative GPA of 3.7 or higher
  • Differentiating characteristics include: relevant internships/co-op experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, self-starter and demonstrated leadership skills shown through involvement in professional, community, and academic extracurricular activities.
  • Current U.S. Government security clearance.
