Department: Financial Services Salary Level: 4

General Description of Position

Prepare and examine financial records while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Provides services to internal and external audiences to the organization that are finance related.

Skills/Knowledge

• Able to navigate through internal and external computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel, and have proficient PC keyboarding skills
• Able to use acquired skills & knowledge and willingness to learn new skills
• Knowledge of personal computer hardware/software and automated accounting system is required
• Understanding of accounting and systems in a professional environment, and supervisory, team, and special project skills are highly desirable
• Must be able to work as a contributing team member towards achieving the stated goals of management

Education/Certification/Licensure

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college with a major in accounting, business or finance preferred

Experience

• One year of audit, general ledger, auditing or finance experience
• Healthcare industry related experience preferred
