Accounting Clerk

We are a statewide distribution company that manages perishable inventory in retail grocers, convenience stores, foodservice establishments and clubs throughout the state. We are currently seeking a qualified, energetic, responsible individual to join our team.

Key duties include

• Create and process purchase orders
• Extensive data entry into access data base
• Answering phones
• Email & phone communication
• Communicate with internal operations team for paperwork
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, claims

Qualifications

• Responsible
• Reliable
• Accountable
• Able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS excel and outlook
• Type 40+ wpm

Competitive compensation is based on experience ~ plus health benefits, holidays, 401(k), vacation, employee meals and more. This is a full time position; office hours between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
