Today it seems like there is a smartphone application for just about everything. From games, food delivery services and even reminders to water your houseplants, apps help streamline our lives and while keeping us informed.  

At the Department of Labor, we’ve designed several apps to help with  timekeeping, exploring new jobs, staying safe in the heat and more. Though we can’t get a pizza to your door or help keep your plants alive, will make it easier to access important work resources and our latest data.

Occupational Outlook Handbook

Find data and information for hundreds of detailed occupations in the Occupational Outlook Handbook with the CareerInfo app. 

Heat Index Mobile App - Spanish  

OSHA-NIOSH Heat Safety Tool 

The Heat Safety Tool app features real-time heat index and hourly forecasts specific to your location, as well as occupational safety and health recommendations. [The Health Safety Tool is also available in Spanish.]

Based on ILAB’s annual report on child labor, forced labor and human trafficking around the world, this app can help you track what countries are doing to end child labor, browse goods produced with child or forced labor, review labor laws and more.
