DXC Technology is actively staffing a prime contract providing consolidated operations and maintenance for an IC Agencies data centers, located in Springfield, Virginia, St. Louis, Missouri and other locations. The team will be responsible for consolidating the data center architecture and services to stabilize and improve Hosting Services (Compute, Storage, and Network) performance used by applications for the fulfillment of the mission and delivery of products. The program will also be responsible for cloud migration activities.The Systems Administrators will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, and addresses trouble tickets and service tasks. Configures web/database/mail/ftp servers, firewalls, Virtual Private Network (VPN), etc., manages DNS records, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates, crontab entries, and Linux/Windows user accounts.

Experience in Windows and/or Unix/Linux server administration in either or both physical and virtualized environments. – Demonstrated experience with scripting (Visual Basic (VB), Practical Extraction and Report Language (PERL), shell, etc).- Customer service and support and a working knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices. – Familiarity with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.- Working knowledge of concepts such as Transmission Control/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Domain Name Services (DNS), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), firewalls, Local and Wide Area Networks.- Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS).- Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, etc).Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years experience or equivalent experienceClearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
