Social Media & Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary

Venta Marketing is seeking a creative, talented, and motivated individual who wants to use their creative skills in a digital marketing setting. Your day-to-day work will include editing video and photo projects, creating and distributing quality social media posts for clients that align with their goals and strategies, and shooting video/photo projects on-site for clients as well as internal projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Editing video projects including media ingestion, media organization/keywording, coloring, audio editing, finishing/exporting, online publishing and distribution
• Designing and creating unique social media posts that align with client audiences and campaign goals including graphics, original media, and post copywriting
• Video and photo content acquisition and production for client and internal projects
• Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry trends related to social media, post-production, and production.
• Become knowledgeable of all roles on the marketing team and collaborate with the design, paid media, and web development teams as needed
• Effectively communicate with executives and account services team
• Participate in client meetings when appropriate
• Provide analysis of existing social media marketing campaign performance
• Identify and report on key performance indicators to show value generated from our services

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Facebook (Business Manager), Instagram, Twitter and other social platforms
• Expert video editor – Final Cut Pro X (preferred)
• Motion graphics editing experience – Apple Motion 5 (preferred)
• Photo editing – Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop
• Strong foundation in graphic design
• Knowledgeable in DSLR photography and videography
• Video Production/videography experience including shooting, lighting, and sound acquisition
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Excellent organization
• Positive attitude and customer focus
• Command of the written English language
• Strong research skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines quickly and effectively
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, analytical, and driven with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Facebook Ads (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
