Senior Developer

Way Beyond Rewards is looking for an energetic Senior Developer to join our team developing new software and improving existing software in a start-up environment. The Senior Developer will participate as a key part of the development team, and be responsible for aspects of the development lifecycle. As a Senior Developer, you will be required to review product requirement and design documents, code, using your creativity and innovativeness, to these requirements, and interact with our PM, QA, database and infrastructure teams. The job will be out of our downtown Manchester, NH office.

Major Duties:

• Review product requirement and design documents – offer input for improvement
• Be an efficient coder
• Create solutions to move the company’s collections, payments and compliance (PCI/PII/NACHA) efforts forward

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar or related position
• Recent Microsoft .net/C# experience
• Experience coding to PCI, NACHA and PII compliance requirements
• Experience in coding collections projects
• Experience with creation of and connection to 3rd party API integrations
• Experience with modern versions (v2013+) of Microsoft’s Visual Studio
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET based web services, WCF, web applications, MVC and Entity Framework (EF)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Occasional travel required, including international travel to Mexico

Nice to have

• Experience with modern versions of Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server
• Experience with development and/or developing web applications running against modern Microsoft SQL backend platforms
• Ability to read and/or write SQL scripts
• Experience with data driven systems
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Understanding of modern (Windows 2012r2 and Windows 2016) Microsoft operating system and IIS/.net 4.x platforms
