RSA Archer Tier III Support

Metrica formed the Metrica Team Venture (MTV) with other partnering companies and operated in Fairfax, Virginia. MTV is contracted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to develop and maintain the Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard program.

The objective of the Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard is to monitor Federal networks and provide consistent, timely, targeted, and prioritized information to DHS security decision-makers.

Position Description

This position joins our MTV team in Fairfax, VA to provide ongoing Tier III support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard program, which is built using the RSA Archer Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (eGRC) platform.

This candidate will work directly with our developers and one other Tier III Customer Support Analyst as part of a fifteen person development and support team to resolve and track service and incident tickets supporting the CDM Dashboard program as well as participate in CDM Dashboard development.

Education or Equivalent Training

• RSA Archer Administration – Certification highly preferred but not required
• Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred but not required, or the equivalent combination of professional training and work experience
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred but not required

Experience/Competencies Preferred

• 2-3 years of experience working with the RSA Archer GRC system or related technology
• Experience with application administration (For example: SharePoint)
• Experience with IT customer support
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
