position here in the Fargo ND area. The customer service rep will be working for our customer. This candidate must have a stable job history.

Job Description for the Customer Service Rep

Spends nearly 80-85% of his/her time on the phone answering questions for Team Members.

The remainder of the time is spent on learning and development opportunities. An excellent CSR will be able to handle 100-120 calls per day while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications of the Customer Service rep include:

Monday – Saturday, 8 hour shift between 9am-8pm during the week and 8am-6pm on Saturdays

Most days off in the week will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Job Requirements

Must have:

• At least 1-2 years Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center
• Someone that pays great attention to detail
• Willing to work the schedule

Pay $13.00 an hour
