Responsible for performing a variety of document processing tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. The shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Performs document processing functions for new customer accounts.

Reviews documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal, investor, regulatory and department requirements.

Maintains records of all documents processed.

Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures.

Actively participates in any required business line training in these areas.

Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Two to three years of experience in clerical and customer service activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area

Well-developed customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service

Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Effective verbal and written communication skills
