CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Division Program Manager to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting multiple AISB application deployment projects of varying sizes from inception to closure utilizing the PMI/PMF for programmatic control. You will conduct requirements definition, create documentation, create schedules, plan & conduct control gates, and transition projects to O&M. You will utilize the MS Office Suite to prepare briefings and documentation along with EPM for project management tracking.

You will function as a team lead directly supervising a team of up to 12 personnel within AISB, and function as a second level manager for three team leads and an additional 60 personnel across the division. You will communicate contract information and changes, handle personnel issues and timecards/compliance RESPONSIBILITIES .

You will be responsible for:

• Collaboration with senior PMs to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements for projects associated with application deployment.

• Analyzing new user requirements, procedures, and problems to schedule the workload for the branch.

• Applying business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and principles and business process modernization projects.

• Applying industry standards and division sanctioned configuration management (CM) principles to assigned projects.

• Personnel management duties to include timecards, compliance, and contract staffing RESPONSIBILITIES .

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.

Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.

Required

• Extensive knowledge of MS Project and the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) implementation.

• Understanding of PMF milestones and their artifacts (e.g., CONOPS, CRD, etc.)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to effectively lead a group

• Knowledge of the Software Systems Engineering process models (e.g., agile, waterfall, etc.)
