CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Program Manager to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.

Job duties and functions include: Planning, directing, and coordinating projects and systems engineering efforts. The Program Manager will perform day-to-day management and will work with the customer and others to develop and mature long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contract. Manager will perform both horizontal and vertical integration planning, and will interface with other functional areas; ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner; provide supervision, training, and direction to staff. The Program Manager will be accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion; coordinating activities in support of Pgm and teams that support the provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, tracking and monitoring requirements through completion preparing finished deliverables (e.g., status reports to Sponsor, management, open issues). The ideal candidate is comfortable in working in a fast pace, agile team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Direct Daily operations – analyzing workflow amongst project arears and work with the customer and Pgm in establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines; identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform day-to-day personnel and technical management of Pgm and engineering staff as appropriate
  • Help improve efficiencies across the enterprise
  • Ensure High-quality and acceptable project, and engineering efforts are completed by the team
  • Ensure success of Branch, Pgm and engineering personnel
  • Work with the Branch Lead and project managers to ensure personnel have the appropriate knowledge/skills to perform the assigned tasks.
  • Elevate issues to the Branch Lead; document issues as appropriate
  • Provide input to PMRs and ad hoc reports as required
  • Provide input to weekly reports and quarterly capabilities briefings
  • Promote the One Team concept

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.
