ILC is the largest non-hospital healthcare employer in western Montana, and is currently embarking on a building and remodeling
project
(year 2 of 5), leading to significant expansions across all service lines. Due to a recent retirement of the CFO, Immanuel Lutheran Communities is looking for a strong hands-on and collaborative financial and strategic leader with a passion and dedication for the mission and goals of ILC. Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, is a decisive self-starter, and a key leader in the strategic and financial leadership of ILC. The CFO is responsible for planning, oversight, reporting and advising on the financial affairs of the organization to the CEO and Board of Directors. ILC seeks a technologically adept individual with confidence in implementing process and quality improvements, while simultaneously and seamlessly managing and working cross-functionally with each department. A minimum of 7+ years of successful and progressively expanding health care financial management experience, ideally in a Life Plan Community or multi-level senior living organization is required; preferably with a Skilled Nursing Facility. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA and/or CPA preferred; experience with
MatrixCare
(formerly known as Advanced Answers On Demand – AOD) preferred.
