General Summary:

• Provides cashiering support to all offices serviced by a Financial Center.

Essential Functions:

• Utilizes established corporate policies and procedures to perform various cashiering duties.
• Performs audit disbursement, prepares daily reconciliation of regional depository accounts, and records and deposits cash receipts, including wire transfers, checks, and ACH credits.
• Prints checks, remittance advice, and various reports.
• Ensures that checks are processed using established dollar limits.
• Interfaces with banks to resolve cash balance differences.
• Prepares deposits and monitor items sent to collections.
• Researches cash receipts not received by the bank and maintains stock of pre-printed checks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates proficiency in the use of company-sanctioned e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software, as well as navigation within the Internet.
• Possesses fundamental knowledge of office databases and company-sanctioned presentation software.
• Has a minimum of one year of work experience.
