The Fiscal Section of the Fiscal and Solid Waste Management Division is committed to providing top-tier financial and procurement support to the Department of Support Services. The Department of Support Services includes Facility Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Fleet Management, Real Estate and Records Management, and Fiscal and Solid Waste Management.

This is a professional level job where incumbents perform analytical work in either conducting studies, audits or handling special projects in order to assist upper management in making decisions. Incumbents are expected to analyze information and provide recommendations in reports and presentations. Incumbents will lead efforts for the County departments to institute a coordinated, effective and dynamic quality improvement and assurance program.

This position is a grade 102.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a closely related field and
  • two years of professional analyst experience, including one year of project management experience; or,
  • an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above; and
  • Microsoft Office Sharepoint experience preferred.
