JOB:
Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks an Associate

in New York, New York:

Work with business users and analysts to analyze and document requirements for the Firm’s 3DR, Hourglass, and Research Guide applications.
Responsible for the design and development of new templates, components, and modules for the 3DR, Hourglass, and Research Guide applications.
Develop new enhancements for 3DR releases.
Responsible for the development of scripts for various reports across the 3DR platform. Coordinate the migration of the 3DR platform from the Teamsite/Livesite platform to the Adobe AEM platform. Responsible for the design and development of PTI Search for the 3DR application.
Work with the Teamsite/Livesite infrastructure and ASG teams on issue resolution and work with quality assurance teams during the testing phase of projects.
Support business users during the User Acceptance Testing cycle for the 3DR, Hourglass, and Research Guide applications.

Qualifications


REQUIREMENTS
:

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Software, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or as a Consultant, Developer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.
The position requires experience with large scale databases such as DB2 and SQL Server and programming languages, such as .Net and Java.
Must possess experience with content management systems, Teamsite, Adobe Experience Manager, and HTML, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Requires experience with Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Angular 2, Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and Spring.
Must possess experience with SOAP and REST web services, MySQL, Oracle, WebSphere, Tomcat, IIS, and Version Control tools such as GIT and Synergy.
Requires experience with Agile development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Must possess experience with requirement elicitation, architecture, design, and development, deployment and production support, and project planning and estimation.
Requires experience with build tools such as Ant Build and Teamcity, development tools such as Eclipse and Maven, and project and issue tracking tools such as Jira and HP Quality Center.
