The focus is on producing the Firm?s books and records in a timely, accurate and efficient way, while complying with regulatory requirements across all entities and jurisdictions.Job DescriptionSeeking an exceptional Senior Project Management professional with 10+ years of experience of project management in a technology environment to join the PMO team in providing facilitation, documentation, planning and reporting expertise for the General Ledger Business Adoption Program. This is a major multi-year program following the renovation of the Firms? General Ledger Application with a 3rd party industry standard product by SAP, and there are approximately 100 IT and Finance resources working in the global program team. This role will involve coordinating with technology managers, business analysts, adopter teams and the PMO team. The main responsibilities are managing the GLR PMO team members, ensuring that the project plans are regularly updated based on meetings with the relevant team leads and the program resource changes are tracked and applied across the multiple project plans, and the maintenance of PMO procedure documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, diligent, and thrives in an environment of change. This role also includes PMO responsibilities for the GL & Reporting IT Department of approximately 230 IT resources across three sub-departments. The main areas of responsibility are budget forecast updates, resourcing requests, monthly reporting and PLC approvals and is a mixture of hands-on work and collating/reviewing the feedback from the each sub-department PMO at an overall Departmental level.
