An, Investments Loan Closer

Coordinate new loan closings. *Analyze borrower requests and annual inspection reports. *Calculate prepayment premiums and resulting pay off statements

Requirements:

2 to 4 years prior experience with a title company, law firm, commercial mortgage banking, or the investment area of life insurance company or other related finance area preferred. 2 Ability to multi-task 3. Ability to assess each situation and make good decisions – strong analysis and interpretation skills. 4. Strong organizational skills. 5. Team player – ability to work well with others in a team environment. 6. Strong oral and written communication skills 7. Good negotiating skills 8. Proficient in PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications (Email, Internet applications, Excel and Word). Knowledge of PAM System a plus
