Accounting Intern

MDU Resources objectives are to provide opportunities to students to obtain on-the-job experience in the accounting field and identify potential candidates for future opportunities in our company. Internship will begin in May and end in August.

Accounts Payable Shared Services Department

-Assist in the preparation and filing of Unclaimed Property Filings

-Assist in the preparation and mailing of Due Diligence Letters

-Assist in the process of vouchering AP invoices

-Locate and recover Unclaimed Property due our companies

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must have successfully completed their sophomore or junior year in college with a major in accounting, finance, or related business field of study.

Additional Information

Salary: $15.00/hour

Hours Required: 40 hours per week

Term of Internship:

Internships last 10-16 weeks and are located in Bismarck, ND. The exact beginning and ending dates are negotiable.
