VP of Human Resources

The Vice President of Human Resources position will perform senior level HR duties and support our warehouse/distribution facility in Little Rock, AR. This location operates 24/7 and employs 400+ associates in a variety of functions including safety, outside sales, delivery professionals, warehouse, finance, purchasing, and safety. This position has a team of 3 direct reports.

The VP of HR will have excellent communication skills and will perform the following duties:

Provides direction and vision for the Human Resources Department to best support strategic planning initiatives, in addition to managing all functional Human Resources areas.

Directs and oversees the following areas at the specified site/region:

Employee and labor relations

Organization development/succession planning

Training and development

Talent acquisition

Performance management

Compensation and benefits

Safety

High School diploma or GED/Equivalent

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field

6-10 years in Human Resources HR management or related field

SPHR/PHR designation preferred

Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
