Startup Internship

Boatbound is looking for two well spoken, highly motivated interns to join our crew this summer and help us dominate the water. You’re mission, should you choose to accept it:

1. Build our boat inventory so we can satisfy all the demand that is pouring in. You’ll work with boat owners far and wide to herd them onto Boatbound. They’ll likely thank you annually with Christmas cards, gifts, and depending on how much they make each year, name something after you.

2. Helps makes bookings happen so we can create lots of happy people. You’ll use your amazing people skills, the art of persuasion, and ability to quickly problem solve, and find each person the boat that will make their weekday, weekend, or vacation an experience that they’ll tell generations about.

The position requires a mix of sales (mostly) and account management (a little) so you should be the type of person who rises to a challenge, loves winning, is a hit at parties, can overcome any objection with great communication skills, loves hearing “yes”, and be able to help an old lady across the street without breaking a sweat.

If you can do this, you should apply:

• Sell ice to Eskimos
• On a 1-10, communication = 10
• Run circles around anyone
• Have 15-30 hours per week availability
