Hotel Reservations Agent – Full time

MK Tours Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Hotel Reservations Agent to join their Call Center team in Miami – Coral Gables, FL

About Us:

MK Tours Inc. belongs to the group Globalia – Spain’s largest tourism group. Our client is a Hotel chain with over 100 hotels in over 19 Countries. We will be taking special care of clients from the USA and CAN market.

Job duties- include, but are not limited to:

• Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls in English, Spanish and/or French.
• Handle guest room reservation requests and confirm reservations using our systems and applications
• Sell the hotel’s features & provide guests with hotel facility information
• Answer questions regarding their reservations by phone, e-mail or chat
• Schedule Tours and transfers

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in call center, telephone reservations or Hotel services will be highly considered
• Bilingual English + Spanish or English + French
• High School Diploma

Our Schedules:

• We are open 365 days a year

• Candidates need the availability to work rotating shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, supporting our hours of operation: Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 1:00am.
