SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST/PROGRAMMER

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of 60 semester credits to include 15 semester credits in a computer-related field or completion of an information technology certification program. Three years of programming and systems analysis experience are required. Additional programming and systems analysis experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

This position is for a Sr. Systems/Analyst/Programmer position within the Citizen Services Division of the Information Technology Department (ITD).

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Ability to analyze current business processes, develop process maps and implement business process efficiencies through the use of technology

Ability to design and develop applications that will meet customer¿s expectations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Development and maintenance of reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Development and maintenance of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages

Developing and modifying programs using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP, MVC, JAVA, Angular, Visual Basic

Relational database knowledge: Oracle and MS SQL Server

Development and maintenance of web services

Experience maintaining Financial Systems is preferred
