Position Type/Duration of Assignment: 18-24 months

Job Description:

• Candidates will be responsible for reviewing and researching mortgage loans to determine issues and will come up with action plan for resolution.
• Candidates are reviewing home loan documents to ensure Agency guidelines have been followed.
• They will be responsible for not only validating document acceptability, but also keying information into our internal system to assist our servicing department.
• Really understanding the loan process with little error is key to success in these roles.
• Will be required to work with multiple loans at a time.
• 90% data entry, 10% analysis
• Working between 3 screens with multiple proprietary software
• May also assist with escalations, training, auditing and reporting.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher
• Data entry ability as the position is 90% data entry – no hunt and peck!

Preferences:

• Previous experience working in MLA (Mortgage Loan Acquisition) or Correspondent Lending
• Mortgage documentation recognition
