Responsibilities
E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks a Project Manager for a strategy and project execution-focused position, to oversee the execution of single or multiple task orders.

Locations: Miami and Tampa, Florida

This position performs the following work responsibilities on a regular basis:

  • Staffing, project planning, production, quality, project financials, and staff direction and oversight, and providing deliverables under the task order
  • Management of client interface at the COTR level
  • Report on project progress and respond to inquiries about projects from client management and Congress. Interface regularly with stakeholders to include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Project Managers, and other U.S. Government agencies and components
  • Manage the budget, schedule and requirements of multiple concurrent projects. Liaise between project managers, USACE, other governmental entities, upper management and international border partners to ensure that projects align with the goals of each stakeholder
  • Develop scopes of work and project requirement packages for new projects in the portfolio. This involves working with stakeholders to determine the requirements of the project and liaise with the technical experts who can develop project strategy/solutions (engineering, environmental, real estate, and cost estimates) for these requirements
  • Assist government stakeholders to create and manage the budgets and prioritization of current and future year construction project plans for the program
  • Resolve urgent, time sensitive or unforeseen issues that arise in construction projects related to funding, project coordination and construction issues
  • Provide risk management baseline and manage contingency execution
  • Monitor program funds
  • Report on program progress, issues and resolutions
  • Respond to Congressional and Agency inquiries on major projects and issues
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure seamless transition from new project completion/capital asset formation to M&R coverage
  • Chair meetings, IPTs and other working groups as required
  • Produce risk management quantitative assessments and status reports
  • Develop and deliver weekly Status Reports and other ad hoc reports

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in performing project management activities
  • Bachelor’ degree
  • Possess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts
  • Ability to conduct analytic assessments of work plans and progress reports and identify strengths and weaknesses;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suite of programs, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment
  • Travel may be required, sometimes on short notice

Preferred:

  • Must be able to obtain CBP Public Trust; Completed CBP Background Investigation clearance preferred
  • DHS Experience is preferred
  • DHS Project Manager Level I & II Certification/Other Project Management Certification is desired
  • Familiarity with Project Management, Scheduling and Risk Management/Mitigation
  • Experienced in solving difficult issues related to project funding and scheduling; Microsoft Office including MS Project and SAP Training
