Project Manager II

We have an immediate career opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager in our Midwest Regional office located in Des Moines, IA! We are seeking candidates with 6-10 years of successful experience in design-build construction management.

Specific duties include: leading construction progress meetings; overseeing design development; preparing and managing project budget and schedule. Successful candidates will assume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, governing authorities and owners.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent experience required along with a minimum of 6-10 years proven success in the commercial construction industry. Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing along with a proven ability to manage projects up to $10MM is required. Candidates must be willing and able to travel.
