Project Manager, Customer Experience

Job Description:
We’re hiring a Project Manager to own and execute our core retention processes and metrics across the business. To succeed in this role, you preferably have experience as a Product Manager at an eCommerce business that is either based on a membership model (with or without recurring billing/subscription) or a digital business that has a membership/subscription business model (for example with digital content subscriptions). You will need to be a self-starter with 5+ years of experience who has project-managed across functional departments to realize outcomes in complex projects.

• Owning our core retention processes and metrics across the business
• Developing strategies to test and track to improve customer retention
• Project managing initiatives with cross-functional, international teams to improve the customer experience
• Translating qualitative and quantitative customer data into insight to build informed understanding about customer behaviors and needs
• Working with the tech team to translate the business needs into tech priorities and commitments

You have…

• Demonstrated experience to an intermediate level in project management and/or management consulting or in a relevant eCommerce/SaaS/Content environment
• Strong ability to influence key stakeholders, work cross-functionally and autonomously
• Experience in project management, data driven and goal-orientated work
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate and share your work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding and analytical startup environment
• You are a team player, you thrive in a large international and geographically dispersed team

At a minimum, you have…

• 2-5+ years of experience in membership or subscription-based business models
• Product Manager who has coordinated project across functional pillars
• Business/Engineering/UX/Customer Experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
