Project Manager

We are looking for a contract to hire Project Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do

Do you dream in process flows? We’re looking for a super organizer to own our e-learning content production process. From idea to delivery, you will work with subject matter experts, instructional designers, writers, graphics designers, and video production to produce the best micro-engagement experiences on our platform all while saving the world.

Requirements:
Responsibilities

• Manage 10-15 simultaneous e-learning content production projects from concept to delivery
• Create and maintain content development plans and keep all stakeholders informed
• Onboard contractors and lead kick-off and status meetings
• Review and QA content
• Own and constantly improve content production dashboards
• Manage content production budgets

• Project planning, estimating, and scheduling
• Solution-oriented, creative problem solver
• Self-driven, flexible, and ability to perform well under pressure
• Detail oriented – can you pick out the typos in this job description?
• Proven track record of delivering on time and on budget
• Familiarity with Google Apps
• Confidence with spreadsheets
• Understanding of agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Experience working with entrepreneurs
• Experience developing content for millenials and generation Z’ers.
• Interest and experience developing incentives to drive online user behavior
• Experience with design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and design thinking
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
