We are looking for a talented junior researcher to work with our Clinical Assessment team. The candidate will work for three months under the supervision of our senior UX researcher and/or designer, practicing their interview and survey skills and participating in cross-functional activities with our engineers and content developers.

Responsibilities

+ Assist conducting remote usability testing on mobile and web platforms

+ Assist conducting user interviews and focus groups

+ Assist developing small and large scale surveys and analyzing the results

+ Entering and coding qualitative data in excel

+ Prepare task plans and research reports summarizing goals, hypothesis and results

+ Assist translating results of the research into actionable recommendations for designers, product managers and product stakeholders

**Qualifications**

Experience

+ High School Diploma, some college coursework preferred

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar software

+ Some interview experience preferred

+ Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines

+ Good communication skills
