Job Summary

This position is key in enhancing the level of competency in patient care and optimal operations in the clinic. Procedure schedulers will allow effective, efficient integration of all components of the CBCC .

These positions will use communication and organizational skills to facilitate the multidisciplinary coordination of effort necessary for quality patient care/satisfaction by partnering with physicians, clinical and front desk staff to achieve the desired outcome for our patients/families.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Customer service, computer system knowledge, clinical coordination,

experience in procedure scheduling, and physician support

Preferred Education/Experience

Associate’s degree plus 3 or more years related experience
