Member Relations Specialist

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Relations Specialist for our Lexington, KY office! Persons excelling in this position provide professional, friendly service, information, and assistance, and set the standard of service our members have come to expect in visiting any office location. Member Relations Specialists are friendly and outgoing, engaging, trustworthy, non-judgmental, focused and confident.

Duties:

Job duties include welcoming the members to our office, asking questions to determine the nature of the member’s visit to the office, assisting with all types of member service transactions, and more. The Member Relations Specialists are the “faces” of Altra and represent Altra’s brand to the fullest extent!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED is required. Excellent experience in providing great customer service is a must. Good communication and writing skills, computer skills, professional phone etiquette, presenting a positive, professional attitude towards members and co-workers are essential to this position. Previous financial experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Hours:

The Lexington office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
