Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include:

Answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate department.

Complete cash refunds and associate returns.

Complete change orders as requested by associates.

Gift wrap customer purchases.

Open availability or 2pm to 9pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 /hour

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year
