Job description:

OSKO Inc, the manufacturer of Medical Equipment is looking for the best and brightest Full-Time Oversea Distributor Sales Manager with outstanding communication and sales experiences. As an Oversea Sales Manager at OSKO, you will be responsible for developing, training, maintaining, and generating sales of products through distributors in South America. This role requires an individual with extensive distributor sales experience. The successful candidate will be skilled in prospecting and qualifying distributors, pipeline development as well as distributor management. You will work closely with their assigned partners to close business within their geographic territory in South America.

This position may be based out of the following location(s) and surrounding area:

Florida, USA

Or near a major airport within the region to travel to South America

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and train Distributors to sell, promote, & service OSKO products within your assigned territory in South America.
• Achieve / exceed quota targets.
• Conduct joint onsite end-user sales calls with Distributor’s sales representatives to ensure closure of business.
• Conduct DR retrofit demo’s at dealer end user customer sites.
• Drive mindshare and traction with channel partners with in the region.
• Work with Marketing and Sales Support to develop Distributor driven incentive programs.
• Drive the development and execution of a distributor recruitment strategy that meets regional sales goals.
• Represent company at regional and national tradeshows.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience, RT experience a plus.
• 5+ years healthcare industry sales experience and knowledge of hospital and medical clinic environment.
• 5+ years distribution management experience a plus
• Excellent presentation skills and business communication skills
• Strong consultative selling, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
• Extensive Management, Training and New Distributor Development Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
