Role Highlights Translating requirements into design for new or existing applications and projects. Support and develop the Automated Processing Environment (APE) Framework used by dozens of applications and processes and hundreds of users Support and develop multiple windows services Develop APIs used by other developers including data access, logging and configuration Web Interfaces Support Custom using Entity framework, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Knockout js, ASP.Net and ASP.Net MVC Design and develop new solutions that run within on in conjunction with this framework Act as SME for those applications and work with support teams to effectively support the applications Perform technical evaluations, solution and design approaches to business solution needs Position Responsibilities Provides technical support and advanced development for computer applications and programs Uses diagnostic tools and/or analyzes and uses vendor specifications to troubleshoot complex computer application problems to maintain or restore service or data to programs Leads the resolution of complex issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements Prepares programming specifications and completes programming tasks to develop basic, and/or assist in the development of moderately complex, computer solutions Performs modeling, simulations and analysis Prepares program test data, tests and debugs programs Updates and completes documentation, procedures and user guides Minimum Qualifications SME with VB.NET, C#.NET and MS SQL Server technologies(TSQL, SSIS, SSRS). Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Demonstrated ability to work with and effectively communicate ideas across business and technical groups Strong written and verbal communications skills Experience managing projects where development environment is .Net for GUIs with presentation layers to include: WCF and Restful Web Services, IIS and Java web services Preferred/Needed Skills General exposure to security technologies, processes, and concepts such as PKI, SSL, firewalls, Authentication & Authorization, Client Certificates Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude. Experience with Entity, HTML, JavaScript, CSS3,Bootstrap, jQuery, Knockout js, ASP.Net and ASP.Net MVC. Expert in SOAP, WSDl, Web Services, WCF and Windows Workflow Firm understanding of the IE DOM and DHTML, XML/XPath/ XSL, XSLT, SAX, Schemas/XSD
