Manager, Project Management

A strong understanding of Agile and Project Management is a must.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

• Developing and implementing the team strategy for Agile and Project Management
  
• Meeting with customer groups to gain understanding of upcoming projects and business needs
  
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  
• Partnering with service areas and team members to stay current with new trends and project opportunities
  
• Continually evaluating and improving processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies
  
• Supervising, coaching, mentoring and developing a group of project managers in leadership and facilitation skills
  
• Effectively handling and resolving customer escalations
  
• Participating in Koch enterprise wide teams to further project and Agile skills
• Coach and mentor team on appropriate use of rigor and best practices for Agile and Waterfall project management practices
  

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• A minimum of 5+ years experience managing a team
  
• Experience managing projects with Agile and Waterfall methodology
  
• Experience with planning and budgeting
  
• Ability to teach and coach Agile
  
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Certification
  
• Knowledge and understanding of ITIL
  
• Bi-Lingual
  
• Master Degree in Business Administration
