Junior Analyst

Investment Advisory Firm needs a Junior Analyst for data entry and ad-hoc project support. We are looking for the analyst to type information into our database from various source documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from various documents into computer files or database systems
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data docs for storage in a database
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Request data from sources as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Great attention to detail
• College undergraduate degree and interest in buy-side and finance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
