Role Mission

The Financial Analyst – Margin will support all the calculation of retail and wholesale gross margin and stock related analysis. This role will work out of the Gucci Secaucus Office until July. After July this will be based in the New York Corporate Office with periodical travel to Secaucus when needed.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the calculation of retail and wholesale gross margin;

• Administer the company gross margin calculation system;

• Reconcile intercompany purchases and guarantee proper P&L allocation;

• Reconcile and allocate stock adjustments;

• Monitor and follow-up samples;

• Participate to the budgeting process supporting the department with projections related to Margin and Inventory;

• Interact with Internal and External auditors and support stock related inquiries.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• 1 year working experience preferable;
• Experience in Retail accounting a plus;
• Eager to learn, dedicated, diligent, highly organized, and reliable;
• Friendly, positive, and highly motivated;

• Must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Able to work autonomously and without direct supervision;
