Position Summary

This is an individual contributor position in the F&B department and exposes the right candidate to general functions associated with F&B topics. This position will be rotated with each department from F&B which includes: Restaurant, Culinary and Beverage.

This role is responsible for, but not limited to, Assist with Silverware dining management system Assist with table assignment Culinary Analysis / Food Cost Inventories Beverage and restaurant revenues performance analysis Beverage Cost Analysis Maintaining spreadsheets as necessary Pre-cruise program Assist with Menu Development

Requirements

Completing tasks accurately and efficiently will be required in fast paced and in time sensitive environment.

Professional and positive interactions with internal customers and management are expected.

Minimum administrative requirements include maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets, email communications on MS Outlook and proper phone etiquette.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must.

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is high desirable.

Candidate must have ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
