Evening Front Desk Supv – Miami Beach Condo

AKAM On-Site is looking for a mature, organized, and outgoing individual to join our talented hospitality team at one of our luxury, high-rise properties as the Evening Front Desk Supervisor. Resident Services serves as a first point of contact in enhancing the quality of living for the owners, residents and guests – and is one of the most important positions at AKAM On-Site.

The schedule for the position is currently Tues-Sat 3 p.m. – 11 pm.

Skills, Experience & Expertise: The successful candidate will have skills, experience, and expertise in a wide range of areas, including:

• Minimum of 2 years Front Desk/Customer Service Experience! Preferably in a either a high rise condo or hotel.

• A warm, courteous and friendly demeanor

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent administrative skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)

• A motivated problem solver and team leader

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Strong knowledge of local community

• Office management skills are essential!

• High school diploma, GED and some college education management classes

• Knowledge of a second language is an asset

Compensation and Benefits: Full time position is immediately available with a starting pay of $14-$16 an hour based on experience.

• Benefits include: vacation, personal and sick time, health insurance, as well as holiday pay.
• Hours: Full time, Tuesday – Saturday 3-11 p.m.
