Hotel Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent assists guests with check in and check out of the hotel including cashiering functions. The position will also assist in making reservations for the hotel and answers incoming telephone calls. Other duties include assisting guests with requests and other functions that are typical in a luxury boutique hotel. Must also be available to work overnight.

DUTIES

Check in all hotel guests utilizing the property management system.

Check out hotel guests including cashiering functions.

Answer phone, forward messages and faxes.

Make reservations and assist guests with reservation details.

Assist guests with all requests.

Direct guests and offer service including restaurant and tour reservations.

Other duties as expected in a luxury boutique setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have excellent Customer Service skills and a Great attitude.

Knowledge of the South Beach local area is a plus. Must be a fluent English speaker.

Computer skills including typing on a keyboard.

Flexible schedule, including overnight hours.
