Enterprise Service Bus Developer

Lennar is planning on using IBM

Integration Bus as their Enterprise Service Bus. The goal is to increase

business performance and decrease time to market, remove errors and redundant

data from business processes. This is a very fast paced and highly

collaborative environment, with many moving pieces. We are looking for a

talented IBM Integration Bus (IIB) developers with exceptional skills who want

to make a difference in the solution.

Principal Duties and

Responsibilities:

Performs all

technical aspects of software development for assigned

applications

Functions as

a member of an agile team and supports consistent

development practices – tools, common

components, and

documentation

Develops

understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms

within the supported domains

Writes code

and unit tests, works on APIs, automation, and conducts

code reviews and testing

Provides

continuous support for ongoing application availability

Has in depth

understanding of IBM Integration Bus, MQ, and the various

connectors that come with the product

Designs,

develops, troubleshoots, debugs, evaluates, modifies, deploys

and documents the message flows

Experience

with data power XI52 is a plus

Experience

working with databases is a plus

Sound

understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON is must

Sound

understanding of synchronous, asynchronous messaging

patterns, developing common reusable IIB artifacts

Education and Experience

Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of hands-on development experience

with IIB

Experience with database node, http node, ESQL node,

java node, email node, soap node, MQ nodes. Need to have the ability to

pick up and use any other nodes in the toolkit as required

Must have strong analytical skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Agile background preferred

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent

to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop,

reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
