Director, Employee & Labor Relations

The current Director, Employee & Labor Relations for Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) is retiring within 12 months and BCPS is being proactive in seeking to immediately recruit the next Director, Employee & Labor Relations. The selected candidate will join the District and overlap with the current director to ensure a smooth and successful transition of leadership. This is a key position reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources & Equity Officer. The Director, Employee & Labor Relations serves as the lead negotiator while overseeing a comprehensive, district-wide employee and labor relations program including contract administration, grievance processing, training programs and contract negotiations focused on positive employee relations.
