As our Digital Development Intern, you will work as part of the Communications Team on the development, production, and daily maintenance of online properties for Corporate Services. Contribute to digital content strategy – creating and/or curating content to inspire target users, promote content, drive traffic, and market Corporate Services programs. This role will also assist in delivering regular reporting on performance of campaigns and content. You are a dynamic individual with outstanding skills in web/digital development and design. You understand business needs and can conceptualize technical solutions accordingly. You will design, architect, and deploy new features in existing channels as well as create new ones. You’ll interact with internal users and customers to learn and clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or any other related field of study.

– Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Minimum of:

– 3 months or more of related experience in web and digital content development-

Preferred Qualifications:

– Development experience with ASP.NET, SharePoint 2007 & 2010 using C, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Web Services 9, Adobe CQ, and Word Press.

– Experience working within a Content Management System- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop and InDesign

– Technical proficiency with HTML and CSS

– Understands business processes and has the ability to identify and communicate improvement opportunities in a clear and compelling manner

– Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts e.g. storytelling, storyboards, wireframes, low and hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, etc.

– User acceptance test development, test execution, defect identification and issue resolution using standard and automated testing methods

– Experience using SQL tools to query or manipulate SQL

– Meticulous attention to detail the ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering quality

– Strong communication skills the ability to partner with internal team members effectively-
