Data Center Undergrad intern

Intern will be a member of the DEG Product Architecture Intercepts (PAI) team in Intel’s Data Center Group.

PAI is responsible for working complex technical architectural/ engineering issues across groups through launch/mass production and cluster enabling.

The candidate will need to work with subject experts to contribute to key initiatives and work across disciplines Silicon, Platform HW, FW and SW.

When needed the candidate will help our customer facing teams to resolve launch gating customer issues.

Some of the areas which may be part of internship focus.

• Linux kernel
• Contribution to performance workloads enhancements and optimizations
• Memory
• Storage hierarchy

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements

Must be pursuing a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 6 months of experience in:

• Machine/deep learning solutions
• Software programming using C, C++, Python, Neural networks and graph-based algorithms and software engineering
