That’s where you come in. PulsePoint Group is looking for an Associate Designer to serve as a consultant and develop impacting digital content, infographics, website designs, and other incisive deliverables.

As a member of our team, you will develop materials across the creative spectrum, from traditional print pieces, to digital, all the way through to social media. From conceptualization through execution, you will work alongside creative thinkers and consultants who are smart, resourceful, and deliver meaningful results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an advisor to our clients on communication and design strategy
• Conceptualize and create thoughtful design materials from beginning to end
• Create compelling, digestible infographics that bring meaning to data and information
• Produce digital campaign materials, including (but not limited to)
  • Visuals for social media content
  • Advertising visual assets (digital and traditional)
  • Website design/mock-ups
• Meet time sensitive design deadlines
• Work effectively with internal team members
• Present and articulate concepts and designs to clients
• Participate in ideation/brainstorm sessions with internal stakeholders and clients
• Visually enhance consulting deliverables across the firms’ practice areas: crisis communications, organizational design and change management, and digital strategy

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented
• Eager problem solver
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience with data visualization and Infographics
• Working understanding of print production and pre-press setup
• Ability to adapt and work within the intricacies of established brand standards
• A strong grasp of web design principles (no coding experience required)
