Transportation Services – Delivery Service

Job-Summary

Transports supplies including blood, cash, specimens and pharmaceuticals between the hospital and contracted doctor offices. Responsible for loading and unloading the supplies.

Responsibilities

Ensures timely, accurate and safe delivery

Maintains transportation vehicle

Performs other related duties as assigned

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function

Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

High school education or equivalent preferred

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions

3 years driving experience required

Safe driving record

Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the governing of motor vehicles in the State of Idaho
